Here you will find answers to the most common questions about your holiday at Hotel Avelina in Hafling. If you have any further questions, our team is always happy to help.
Your room is available from 3:00 PM. On your departure day, please vacate the room by 10:30 AM at the latest. If you are arriving after 8:00 PM, please let us know in advance.
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; the deposit will be refunded or credited towards a future stay. Cancellations between 29 and 3 days before arrival incur a charge of 70% of the total price, and within the last 2 days 100%. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Yes, upon request you may bring your pet. The room categories Liebstöckel and Goldmelisse are bookable with pets. We charge a flat rate of €25.00 per day per animal (excluding food). Pets are not allowed in the dining room, sauna area, or garden.
The bill can be paid in cash up to €5,000.00, by debit card, or by credit card (Mastercard, Visa). A deposit of approximately 30% of the total price is due at the time of booking.
In addition to the room price, a tourist tax of €3.10 per person per night is charged and must be paid on site. Children up to their 14th birthday are exempt from the tourist tax.
All prices are per person per night including half board. Guests who prefer bed and breakfast only will receive a discount of €8.00 per person per night.
The hotel is located on the Hafling plateau (Hinterdorferweg 14, 39010 Hafling). By car, follow the Mebo expressway from Bolzano South to Merano South, then follow the signs towards Schenna and Hafling. By plane, the nearest airport is Bolzano; an airport shuttle to the hotel can be booked for €25.00 per person.
